Starting October 2026, this 12-month full-time traineeship at Tesla offers an immersive work experience, where you will be actively involved in the company's mission to create a world of abundant resources. The programme is designed for individuals seeking an alternative to further education, recent graduates, or those interested in transitioning into a dynamic career at Tesla. The recruitment process concludes with an in-person group assessment day held at selected venues in mid to late August 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across core departments: Sales, Delivery, Service, and an Elective Rotation tailored to your potential future role.
Engage directly with customers during the sales process, both virtually and in-person, providing product education and managing inquiries confidently.
Assist in the entire vehicle delivery cycle, including finance coordination, trade-in processing, vehicle preparation, and customer handover quality assurance.
Support service operations including front desk assistance, parts management, and workshop activities to foster excellent customer experiences and vehicle maintenance support.
Focus the final rotation on an area aligned with your career aspirations to deepen your expertise.

Career Progression

Your development and successes will be reviewed regularly during each departmental rotation to equip you with essential skills. Upon completing the programme, opportunities to apply for permanent roles across the UK Tesla network will be available, with career planning support from leadership teams.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

Possession of a full UK or EU driving license held for at least one year by programme commencement.
A proactive attitude ready to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-department organisation.
Flexibility to travel regularly between Tesla locations or events, dependent upon home base and business needs.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Capacity to accept and incorporate constructive critique, striving for continuous improvement.
Effective management of multiple competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
Friendly, approachable personality with dedication to confidentiality.
