Role Overview

You will contribute to building and improving websites, landing pages, and digital assets for healthcare and wellness clients. The position includes hands-on front-end development, close coordination with cross-functional teammates, and ongoing work on performance, usability, and maintainability.

Front-End Development

• Create and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and wellness brands.
• Translate UI/UX designs into front-end code that is tidy, reusable, and simple to maintain.
• Produce digital marketing pages and assets that offer a strong experience on every device.

Collaboration

• Partner with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver quality output.
• Support search visibility, conversion-focused improvements, and overall website performance enhancements.
• Take part in team conversations and share ideas that improve development processes.

Performance, Accessibility, and Optimization

• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
• Make sure pages perform well on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Apply front-end best practices that support usability, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.

CMS and Website Management

• Update and maintain WordPress sites and other content management systems.
• Handle content changes, page structures, and reusable templates.
• Support ongoing website enhancements and feature updates.

Quality Assurance

• Find and fix front-end defects and layout inconsistencies.
• Test websites across browsers and devices to confirm stable performance.
• Help uphold strong coding standards and consistent quality across projects.

Continuous Learning

• Keep current with modern front-end tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Join code reviews and work alongside senior developers.
• Keep improving technical ability and problem-solving approach.

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate has 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, which may include internships, freelance assignments, personal projects, or junior-level roles. Experience contributing to live websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.

Technical and Tool Requirements

Applicants should have a solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with an understanding of responsive and mobile-first development. Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks is a plus. Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is also important, along with a basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end practices.

Candidates should also be comfortable using Git or another version control system, and familiar with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of website performance tuning and cross-browser testing is expected.

Soft Skills

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively. You should also be able to work independently in a remote setup, stay organized, manage your time well, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

It is a plus to have experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar styling frameworks. Understanding WCAG accessibility guidance, exposure to healthcare or other regulated industries, and familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows are also beneficial. English fluency is preferred, and Arabic is a strong advantage.
