Key Responsibilities

• Operate conventional lathe machines to fabricate precision components accurately.
• Set up machinery, tools, and fixtures according to production specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents effectively.
• Perform various machining tasks including turning, facing, threading, and drilling.
• Use precision measuring devices such as vernier calipers and micrometers to inspect finished parts.
• Ensure that products comply with quality standards and meet production targets.
• Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machines.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies consistently.
• Maintain an orderly and clean workspace.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess an ITI qualification (mandatory).
• Have at least one year of experience working as a Lathe Machine Operator.
• Preference given to candidates with manufacturing industry exposure.
• No English language proficiency required.
• Age range between 18 and 60 years.
• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Preference for candidates residing in the Pune region.

Compensation and Benefits

• A fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000.
