Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Physiotherapist to join our clinic located in Manukau, Auckland. This role involves introducing process enhancements and leading the physiotherapy team towards success and clinical growth. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, working independently while mentoring team members, ensuring clients receive exceptional care through personalized rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical and Service Leads to maintain high-quality care standards.
• Analyze client feedback to implement best practices and improve clinic and regional processes.
• Provide tailored rehabilitation services and solutions for clients.
• Manage a diverse and engaging caseload, devising appropriate treatment and rehabilitation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Registered Physiotherapist in New Zealand with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
• Desirable experience of at least five years in physiotherapy practice.
• Possession of a full New Zealand Driver's License for community rehabilitation duties.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals daily.
