Our mission is to provide 2 million Indian truck owners with suitable loads and assured payments, transforming the transportation sector.
Role Overview
We are looking for a female Logistics Coordinator to work from home. This role involves tracking truck movements, coordinating timely load acquisition, negotiating optimal rates with clients, liaising with truckers, and ensuring timely loading and unloading in collaboration with warehouse supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking and update flight information in the system.
- Engage with clients to secure loads promptly by negotiating favorable rates.
- Coordinate with truck drivers to assign loads efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on loading and unloading schedules with warehouse supervisors to ensure punctuality.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be female, working from home.
- Age between 18 and 29 years.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and southern Indian languages (Tamil preferred with good English communication); candidates knowing only Hindi are not eligible.
Compensation Details
The salary is purely performance-based. After completing the training and reaching the initial target, confirmation payment of ₹5,000 will be provided. Subsequent earnings depend on the number of targets achieved, with an average earning rate of ₹500 per target.
