Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure seamless movement of goods through the supply chain.
Monitor and manage inventory in partnership with procurement teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Track shipments consistently and communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
Address and resolve any logistical challenges encountered during transportation.
Prepare and maintain precise shipping documentation, ensuring strict compliance with both local and international regulations.
Manage customs paperwork for shipments crossing international borders and keep detailed records of logistics operations.
Engage with customers to provide shipment status updates, handle inquiries, and resolve logistic-related issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
Work together with the customer service team to address delivery-related concerns effectively.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance logistics workflows by analyzing data and collaborating on process improvements.
Participate actively in initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two to three years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
Familiarity with logistics software, tracking technologies, and transportation management systems.
Sound understanding of shipping procedures, customs protocols, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact productively with teams and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to perform well under pressure.
Strong organizational aptitude and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred: Certification in logistics or supply chain management, knowledge of international trade regulations, and bilingual proficiency in English and French.
