About the Role
As the Manager - Administration at MKS Inc., you will spearhead the administrative function to ensure delivery of top-tier facilities management, employee services, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise administrative teams along with contract workers to foster accountability and excellence.
- Develop and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and optimized processes focusing on automation and industry best practices.
- Manage facility and plant operations including upkeep, utilities, and security; optimize office space and enhance workplace environment.
- Drive sustainability efforts and modernize workplace infrastructures.
- Oversee vendor relationships for facilities, transportation, catering, and security to ensure service level agreements, cost control, and compliance are met.
- Manage employee-related services such as transport, travel, cafeteria, guest accommodations, and front office functions; coordinate organizational events and leadership visits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit preparedness; collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety teams on safety and risk mitigation.
- Oversee physical security measures and crisis management; lead business continuity planning initiatives.
- Own the administration budget, manage MIS reporting, and focus on cost efficiencies; lead office expansions, relocations, and workplace projects.
- Drive strategic transformation by building an outstanding administrative function that champions innovation, operational efficiency, and positive employee experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong expertise in facilities and administrative operations.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance with Indian laws.
- Financial savvy, particularly in vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in administration or facilities management, preferably within multinational corporations or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience managing operations across multiple locations.
