Your Mission
- Oversee and coordinate logistics service providers across European e-commerce operations, covering both warehousing and distribution.
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for logistics partners, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and document standardized logistics procedures while analyzing and enhancing existing workflows.
- Collaborate with Merchandising teams for inbound logistics planning.
- Conduct logistics service tender processes.
- Manage inventory, including interface oversight and analysis of reconciliation reports.
- Work closely with internal PUMA stakeholders, subsidiaries, and international logistics partners.
- Prepare and evaluate logistics reports.
- Verify invoices and assist in budget preparation.
- Handle administrative and operational duties as well as project management tasks.
- Provide support to the Retail logistics team on similar activities.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and inventory management processes.
- Proven experience managing logistics service providers and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Experience with logistics reporting, data analysis, and ERP/WMS systems.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in an international context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite applications.
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
