Manager - Training and Learning Development

Role Overview

The position entails overseeing the design and execution of training programs within the Training Institute. The manager is responsible for strategizing and implementing the training curriculum to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess operational demands to determine necessary training requirements.
• Create and develop tailored training solutions suited for various learning needs.
• Execute and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Maintain and update existing training content for relevance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to advance the Training Institute's education strategies and foster learning innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic background in Learning and Development or similar discipline.
• Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three years' experience in a related role.
• Experience in designing comprehensive training curricula, including developing short-format educational content such as videos, presentations, and infographics, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities and adept problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective interpersonal competencies.
• Proven ability to ideate and produce effective training solutions.
