Position Overview
As an MIS Executive at a reputed industrial solutions company, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing various reports critical to business operations and management decision-making. The role involves generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS documents, designing Excel dashboards, and delivering performance insights through KPI reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and develop daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Analyze data sets carefully to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel techniques.
- Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for presentations to management.
- Provide timely analytical support to business operations to facilitate informed decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in Commerce or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in MIS functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, report generation, charts, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical aptitude combined with effective communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and well-organized work habits.
