Role Overview

This position is a full-time, onsite role located in Chennai, concentrating on the development and maintenance of intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. The Moveworks Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and refining workflows, chatbots, and system integrations aimed at enhancing IT and business support services for internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with diverse teams to collect and understand requirements for automation projects.
• Develop and test Moveworks skills and use case implementations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous enhancements of the conversational AI systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain comprehensive documentation for the solutions deployed.
• Establish best practices and governance standards regarding conversational AI and automation strategies within the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and other business units to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in conversational AI or chatbot creation, particularly involving configuration and enhancement of platforms like Moveworks or similar enterprise AI assistants.
• Proficiency in automation and workflow design, including building integrations across IT service management, HR, and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business objectives into clear use cases, user journeys, and technical documentation.
• Capabilities in testing, resolving issues, and monitoring performance with a data-driven approach to optimize chatbot functionality and workflows.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and users.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT service management tools, APIs, cloud infrastructures, as well as enterprise security and compliance standards is desirable.
• Experience with global or matrix organizational structures and interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance employee experiences are beneficial.
