Network Security Engineer L3

Role Overview

Kairos Technologies is hiring an experienced cyber security professional at L3 level in Noida. The role is centered on safeguarding enterprise environments through modern security frameworks and hands-on technical ownership. The work will focus heavily on Secure Service Edge (SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), identity management, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Security Operations Center (SOC) practices. Strong English communication and documentation abilities are essential, since the job involves close coordination, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Do

• Build, roll out, and support security designs with emphasis on SSE, SASE, and identity management solutions.
• Run and upkeep security platforms and tools, including XDR and SOC-related environments.
• Continuously watch for threats, investigate suspicious activity, and respond to cyber incidents or breaches.
• Carry out security reviews and audits to uncover weaknesses and risk areas.
• Support and train colleagues and other departments on secure practices and awareness.
• Work with IT teams to fit security controls into the existing technology landscape.
• Take ownership of cybersecurity initiatives and assist junior staff with advanced troubleshooting and secure configuration tasks.
• Write detailed technical documents and status reports covering the organization’s security posture.

What The Role Requires

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Professional credentials such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar are preferred. Candidates need solid prior experience in cybersecurity, especially across SSE, SASE, identity management, XDR, and SOC operations. A strong grasp of networking protocols, encryption methods, and common security vulnerabilities is expected, along with familiarity with cloud security architecture and hybrid infrastructure. Practical capability in incident response, malware analysis, and forensic techniques is important. The role also calls for excellent analytical ability, the capacity to handle multiple priorities under pressure, and strong spoken and written English communication skills.
