Position Overview

Baka Pozd Business Consultancy invites applications for a reliable and safety-focused Office Driver to join our team in Toronto. The role requires a professional responsible for the secure and punctual transport of staff, clients, documents, and office materials, while upholding exemplary standards of professionalism and vehicle upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for employees, clients, and visitors to designated locations.
• Handle the delivery and collection of essential documents, supplies, and business-related items.
• Develop efficient travel routes to guarantee timely arrivals and dispatches.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicles and communicate any maintenance or repair needs.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate logs regarding trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle servicing.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety standards, and internal company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as necessary.
• Support administrative and office operations during times when driving tasks are not required.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Canadian driver’s license and a clean driving history.
• At least two years of professional driving experience.
• Sound knowledge of the Toronto roadways, traffic laws, and navigation tools.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
