Operations Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience. The role centers on solving business challenges, enhancing operational procedures, and transforming data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine operational data to spot patterns, problems, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators using Excel along with other reporting software.
• Track key operational KPIs and suggest actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to refine business processes.
• Aid in documenting processes and improving workflows.
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and generating operational reports.
• Detect inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions to boost efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous improvement and various operational projects.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Possesses zero to one year of professional experience; internships and cooperative education counts.
• Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Capable of juggling several tasks effectively in a fast-moving setting.
• Motivated to learn and develop in an operations-centered role.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Experience or knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Background working with large datasets via coursework, internships, or projects.
