Role Overview

In the realm of Operations at Revolut, we tackle complex challenges with agility and innovation, creating systems that fuel global expansion and operational excellence. As a Product Operations Manager, you will spearhead impactful projects across the organization, leveraging insights to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and enhance customer experiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulating informed perspectives on specific fintech sectors and crafting strategic roadmaps for company-wide and product-focused growth.
• Serving as a critical information conduit by gathering market intelligence to inform corporate strategy and product development plans.
• Monitoring competitive landscapes and evaluating product effectiveness on a global scale.
• Contributing to the ideation and rollout of new business verticals.
• Designing initial product offerings and go-to-market strategies for entry into new international markets.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree in STEM or other quantitative disciplines from a prestigious university.
• Proven excellence across diverse professional endeavors.
• At least three years’ experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a dynamic technology company in roles focused on product or strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to developing customer-focused solutions and product designs.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in building successful financial products by utilizing data insights, customer feedback, intuition, or machine learning techniques.
