Packaging Temporary Worker

About the Role

Join Molson Coors as a Packaging Temporary Worker located in Golden, Colorado, where you'll play a vital role in producing premium beer and beverage products. You will contribute to the manufacturing process by operating packaging machinery safely and efficiently, assisting in equipment start-ups and shut-downs, managing product changes, resolving line issues, conducting preventive maintenance, clearing jams, and supporting cleaning and sanitation tasks on your designated line.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and gain proficiency across all packaging equipment on rotation.
• Ensure full sanitation of all equipment on your assigned production line.
• Conduct line inspections, support accident investigations, contribute to hazard analyses and audits, and participate in required meetings.
• Interpret packaging schedules, job procedures, and work instructions accurately.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance including lubricating machinery, adjusting operational components, and maintaining valves, motors, pumps, filters, and gearboxes to ensure smooth, high-quality production.

Candidate Profile

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including rotating and off-shifts.
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be trained in forklift operation.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Capability to meet the physical demands of standing, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of employment as per company policy.

Additional Information
