About the Internship

This internship focuses on driving data-driven sales performance across the organization, stretching from headquarters to each sales outlet across Canada. The role involves collaborating with a diverse team of sales, marketing, business development, and IT professionals who share knowledge freely and foster an innovative start-up mindset within the traditional automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing KPI-oriented and data-based reports and analyses for management to support digital transformation efforts.
• Process raw data into meaningful formats for reporting and analysis.
• Create engaging and clear data visualizations to support business insights.
• Automate report generation and maintain accurate dashboards ensuring data availability.
• Work within an agile environment using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to facilitate collaboration.
• Support analysis of industry trends, market potential, and competitive landscape.
• Contribute to managing the bonus program by ensuring timely publication of monthly retailer reports.
• Support projects related to retailer systems and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience or background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or IT; prior analytics or BI experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Qlicksight is advantageous.
• Programming or coding experience in data processing, aggregation, and database management is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and initial experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Quick learner with enthusiasm to work with data analytics software.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Motivated, open-minded, and hands-on approach to work.

Additional Details

• Internship start date: September 8, 2026.
• Employment type: Limited term with part-time hours totaling 37.5 hours per week.
• Compensation ranges between $47,000 and $49,000 annually, dependent on experience, education, and skills; experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
