Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to join the team representing a renowned ICT company. Fluency in Chinese is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to regional business insights and convert market demands and user requirements into defined product plans.
• Support new product launches such as smartphones and wearables by acting as a product expert, offering technical clarifications and strategic sales inputs to marketing teams, operators, and sales channels.
• Serve as the regional product owner responsible for user experience, collaborating closely with headquarters' product and R&D departments to maintain high product quality and excellent user interactions.
• Drive solution expansion tailored to business and local market needs by working alongside account managers with key partners including universities, hospitals, and operators to facilitate research collaborations and implementations.

Candidate Qualifications

• A strong passion for products with a commitment to self-improvement and business growth.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate efficiently between product, development, sales, and service groups.
• Strong technical comprehension capabilities.
• Result-driven approach with the capacity to navigate uncertainty and execute effectively.
• Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Background in medical or health sectors is favorable, given ongoing collaborations with universities and hospitals; experience in product or consumer electronics is beneficial but not mandatory.
