Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution related to recruitment and platform initiatives. They will establish project goals, manage timelines, coordinate among diverse teams, allocate resources, track progress, and resolve challenges to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within defined parameters. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, risk mitigation, process improvement, and upholding quality standards throughout project cycles. This position is a full-time role based onsite in Harare.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in project management techniques including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiar with expediting tasks to maintain timely progression of project milestones.
• Skilled in inspecting outputs to verify quality and adherence to requirements.
• Experienced in logistics management encompassing resource coordination and scheduling.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, or an equivalent field, or possesses comparable experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with keen problem-solving aptitude.
• Effective interpersonal and communication proficiency for teamwork across varied groups.
• Previous experience within recruitment, HR technology, or platform-based domains is beneficial.
