This opportunity involves working as a Project Manager reporting to the Direct Sales Manager within ABB's Electrification Distribution Solutions business in New Zealand. The position supports projects that shape the future of the country's electrification landscape by collaborating with major dynamic companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of projects by coordinating with international manufacturing facilities and local stakeholders.
• Oversee progress tracking, resource allocation, and financial management for each project.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks while seeking all potential opportunities related to the projects.
• Ensure formal project acceptance, contract closure, and customer acknowledgment conforming to contractual agreements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in delivering projects within electricity and industrial sectors, demonstrating successful on-time and on-budget completion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and deliverables.
• Educational background in project management or engineering disciplines, or equivalent proven experience.
• Effective communication skills to engage productively with customers and internal teams.
• Possession of a valid New Zealand visa and work permit.
