Role Overview

This role is a remote contract position for a Project Manager tasked with overseeing the successful implementation of Claude Chat for 2000 users by the end of the year, beginning with an initial set of 200 users. Some users will also gain access to Claude Cowork, with potential expansions to include Claude Code in future phases. The client is a global leader in AI, technology, and data.

The Project Manager will work closely as a "two-in-the-box" partner with the client’s implementation vendor, managing rollout planning, communications, pilot group coordination, vendor management, status updates, and issue resolution. This position demands collaboration with internal client teams and leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with AI, including AI solution deployments.
• A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in expediting project tasks by tracking deliverables and accelerating critical activities.
• Experience managing technology or IT projects, preferably those involving end-user computing.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, including preparing project documentation and presenting to stakeholders.

Terms and Conditions

This is a 3-month contract role with a possibility of extension. The hourly rate is $70, paid on a 1099 contract basis.
