Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management department on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing multiple marketing initiatives from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment between client expectations and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate collaboration among internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Video Production, Digital Marketing, Media Buying, and Development.
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project focus.
Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective measures to guarantee projects meet deadlines and quality requirements.
Lead project kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and client presentations.
Maintain rigorous documentation, seek approvals, and manage timelines throughout each project lifecycle.
Use KPIs to measure project performance and compile progress reports for management review.
Optimize resource utilization and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
Facilitate continuous enhancements to project management processes and workflows.
Work alongside Account Management to explore opportunities for client growth and enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related discipline.
3 to 5 years of project management experience within marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency environments.
Demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Experience collaborating with both creative and technical teams.
Proficient with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous.
