Job Overview
We are seeking a Purchase Executive to handle daily procurement operations efficiently in our organization based in Delhi-NCR, India.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day purchasing and procurement tasks.
- Identify and engage with vendors, obtain price quotations, and negotiate favorable prices and terms.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders accurately and timely.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of materials.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, vendor information, and procurement documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and troubleshoot any supply chain issues.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to meet material requisites.
- Monitor inventory levels consistently and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges between 20,000 to 30,000 INR per month.
