Job Overview
This position is centered on managing front desk activities alongside providing essential office administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally upon their arrival.
- Handle and route incoming telephone calls and emails to relevant departments or staff.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of mail and courier services.
- Schedule and coordinate the use of meeting rooms while keeping reception and meeting spaces tidy.
- Maintain office and pantry inventory including stationery and refreshment supplies.
- Support administrative tasks related to staff onboarding and general coordination.
- Organize refreshments for gatherings and manage arrangements such as gift hampers or condolence flowers as needed.
- Assist with invoicing processes, payment follow-ups, and basic purchasing tasks.
- Help coordinate meeting setups, company functions, and internal events.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative and coordination duties assigned occasionally.
Candidate Profile
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and possess general computer literacy.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working autonomously or with minimal guidance.
Educational Qualification
Qualifications in Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
