Position Overview

Metrocast Cable Systems, a top telecommunications service provider known for quality and reliability, seeks a precise and well-organized Remote Data Entry Analyst. This full-time role, based remotely but connected to Quincy, Massachusetts operations, involves entering and managing important customer and operational data to support company efficiency and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

Input customer account details, service orders, and billing information into databases with accuracy and efficiency.
Check and correct data discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
Conduct routine data cleansing and quality assurance activities to uphold database integrity.
Organize and prepare source documents for input.
Produce reports and retrieve data promptly for internal teams as needed.
Adhere to data security and integrity policies to protect sensitive information.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve data issues and support projects.

Qualifications

Experience in data entry, data analysis, or comparable administrative roles.
Excellent typing speed with a strong focus on detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with data management systems and CRM software is advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivated to meet remote work deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related areas preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
