Role Overview
The Residential Experience Host serves as the primary liaison for Homeowners and rental guests during their time within the residential community. This hospitality ambassador role requires delivering personalized, proactive, and seamless services while coordinating across operational teams to uphold exceptional service standards across a standalone luxury residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central contact for Homeowners and rental guests throughout their stay, providing a welcoming "home away from home" atmosphere.
- Deliver highly tailored and anticipatory service including managing arrivals, departures, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing verification.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with guests balancing discretion and hospitality excellence.
- Ensure smooth coordination of transportation, luggage handling, and personalized amenities based on guest preferences and special occasions.
- Promptly address guest requests, resolve issues, and execute service recovery plans with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate various concierge and lifestyle services such as restaurant bookings, activity arrangements, housekeeping, laundry, and special events.
- Promote and upsell residential services and destination offerings to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain operational records, comply with policies and confidentiality protocols, and support reporting needs.
- Assist with managing residential operations, event support, VIP visits, sales showcasing, and ensure presentation of all residential and common spaces to luxury standards.
- Collaborate on additional residential projects and operational initiatives as directed by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum two years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use front-of-house roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality.
- Flexible availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Preferred diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related disciplines.
- Experience working in ultra-luxury residential or mixed-use developments and local destination knowledge is an advantage.
