Sales Manager – Bathware & Tiles

About the Role

Radon India Private Limited is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Manager specializing in the Bathware and Tiles sector to join their Sales & Business Development department in Dehradun. This role calls for a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in interior design-related industries, such as bathware, tiles, or home interiors.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of bathware, sanitaryware, tiles, faucets, wellness products, and interior finishing materials.
• Develop and expand business by building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and retail customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals set by management.
• Conduct client visits, site inspections, and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in interior design, bathware, tiles, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of bath and tile products with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Passion for interior design products and industry trends.

Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 50,000 per month
