Overview
The Senior Air Network Scheduling Engineer will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing airline scheduling projects specifically tailored to FedEx's Asia Pacific air network operations. This role involves handling the setup and upkeep of scheduling systems, creating and publishing the master flight schedules, and defining scheduling protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities
The position ensures operational reliability by maintaining the accuracy and stability of scheduling systems, refining scheduling workflows, and providing training to team members for efficient utilization of scheduling technologies and tools.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. A minimum of two years’ experience in industrial engineering, operations management, network planning within the aviation sector, or associated domains is required.
