Position Overview
The Senior Analyst role in the Analytics team focuses on supporting data-driven projects, client reporting, and delivering actionable business insights. The candidate should have 4 years of relevant data analytics or business intelligence experience, especially in client-facing reporting, possessing strong technical capabilities and an eagerness to collaborate across functions to influence data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analytics project execution through gathering data needs and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Perform exploratory data analysis for program performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and utilization pattern insights.
- Document query logic and analytic methodologies to maintain clarity and reproducibility.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align analytics goals and support their data requirements.
- Create dashboards, dynamic reports, and visualizations that drive both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update routine and ad hoc reporting under guidance from senior analysts.
- Contribute to quality control efforts ensuring compliance and consistency in analytic deliverables.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance analytical proficiency and uphold Judi Health's Code of Conduct, including escalating any noncompliance concerns.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in data analytics or related fields aligned with an Analyst level role.
- Proficiency with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud/Server for report publishing.
- Strong SQL expertise, with preference for familiarity with the Snowflake platform.
- Competent in Python for performing detailed data analysis.
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative code management.
- Understanding of dbt framework concepts and governed metric definitions.
- Domain experience preferred in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and familiarity with pharmacy and medical claims data.
- Extensive background in client reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working in fast-paced, high-growth organizational environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary project involvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Work Location and Compensation
This position is based in Denver, CO with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite per week. Salary ranges from $113,600 to $142,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
