Senior Process Engineer

Overview

The role involves conducting studies, planning, initiating, assessing, and advancing infrastructure projects to ensure that all common facilities in industrial cities meet the requirements to support the projected expansion of existing and forthcoming industries linked to QatarEnergy, its Joint Ventures, and Asset Operators.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with relevant departments within QatarEnergy, Joint Ventures, and asset operators to identify opportunities for synergy. Develop conceptual studies, formulate development and engineering plans, and prepare comprehensive project execution strategies along with associated tasks.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 10 years of extensive design experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sectors, with a preference for 5 to 8 years worked at a consulting or engineering firm.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with the complete project lifecycle and project management, complemented by strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• International exposure with sensitivity and respect for diverse cultural environments.

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering from a globally recognized institution.
