About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social media content tailored specifically for B2B audiences across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other pertinent channels.
• Design compelling visual concepts and narratives that reinforce brand identity and deepen audience connections.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage scheduling and dissemination of posts while monitoring audience engagement on social media platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance content effectiveness.
• Analyze engagement data to refine content strategies and boost performance outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and marketing staff to deliver integrated campaigns and seamless digital experiences.
• Contribute creative ideas that support ongoing content planning and marketing innovations.

Candidate Requirements

• At least four years of experience in social media content creation and editing, preferably in a B2B marketing context.
• Proven ability to engage business audiences with compelling content tailored for professional platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and current best practices in social media marketing.
• Skilled in producing engaging visuals, narratives, and storytelling elements aligned with brand messages.
• Experience in evaluating social media metrics and adapting tactics accordingly to optimize results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail complemented by superior editing and proofreading skills.
• Effective team collaboration abilities within creative and marketing environments.

• Educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines is preferred.
