Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Oversee all facets of supply chain management including procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Identify and manage supplier partnerships to guarantee quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
• Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and efforts to optimize supply.
• Track supply chain performance using key performance indicators and initiate enhancement plans.
• Analyze supply chain data to discover opportunities for cost reduction and operational advancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Production to support organizational goals.
• Develop strategies for risk management and contingency to maintain supply continuity.
• Optimize warehouse management, transportation, and delivery workflows.
• Drive initiatives for process enhancements, automation, and digital transformation within the supply chain.
• Prepare and present supply chain reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor supply chain team members to reach operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory control, or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning, supplier relations, forecasting, and cost optimization methods.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents.
• Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Keen attention to detail coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Professional certifications like CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or PMP are advantageous.
