Role Summary

The Surveyor plays a vital role in ensuring precision in the physical construction of ReFarm's warehouse projects. This position involves translating detailed architectural and engineering plans into accurate site coordinates, levels, and measurements, guaranteeing that agricultural facilities are built exactly as specified from foundation to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct precise site measurements and lay out work locations to support construction and engineering teams.
• Consistently verify construction levels, spatial coordinates, and dimensions align strictly with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Maintain the highest accuracy in surveys and diligently document all official survey data, logs, and records.
• Support ongoing construction operations through vigilant site control and perform accurate final as-built surveys.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least five years of professional experience as a land or construction surveyor.
• Expertise with contemporary surveying technology including Total Station, GPS/GNSS devices, and leveling tools, alongside the relevant software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities coupled with a rigorous attention to detail.
