- Establish and nurture an active employee referral program with consistent communication to encourage participation.
- Serve as the principal liaison and trusted representative for all candidates, ensuring timely updates, structured feedback, and an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome, plus smooth handoff to People Operations to guarantee new hire onboarding success.
- Continuously enhance recruitment tools including templates, interview kits, scorecards, and pre-employment check frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring metrics dashboards covering open roles, time-to-fill, sourcing mix, pipeline status, and cost per hire, and report these regularly to senior leadership.
- Ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data hygiene to facilitate candidate re-engagement over time.
- Help define and communicate Liquid Group’s employer value proposition across various channels including the careers page, LinkedIn, and candidate interactions.
- Lead selected employer branding initiatives such as career portal updates, social media hiring posts, and university or community engagement activities where relevant.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment with significant exposure to technology, fintech, financial services, or payments sectors, either agency-side or in-house within tech/fintech companies.
- Proven capability to independently fill senior-level and specialized roles at Director-level or above, beyond volume or entry-level hiring.
- Strong sourcing expertise on LinkedIn Recruiter and analogous tools, capable of locating candidates without heavy agency dependence.
- Comprehensive experience managing the entire candidate journey including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding transition.
- Ability to build recruitment processes and hiring infrastructure from foundational levels rather than inheriting mature teams.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and adeptness at engaging senior hiring managers effectively.
- Comfort with fast-paced, lean environments managing multiple live roles concurrently (typically 8 to 15 positions).
- Preferred but not mandatory: Experience recruiting in Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond; familiarity with MAS-regulated environments; knowledge of fintech/payments hiring nuances including compliance, risk, engineering, and product in regulated firms; experience running employee referral programs; prior ATS migration or implementation experience; involvement in employer branding initiatives; awareness of MyCareersFuture platform and Singapore work pass categories such as Employment Pass, S Pass, and Personalised Employment Pass.
