Role Overview

The Task Associate is pivotal in sustaining operational excellence to support sales objectives and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities involve merchandising duties such as stocking and organizing fixtures, maintaining store cleanliness, completing assigned tasks, and supporting store leadership through operational efficiency, team collaboration, and adherence to procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by ensuring tasks are completed timely and products are consistently available for customers.
• Achieve compliance and execution standards related to task dashboards, shipments, merchandise setups, and inventory management.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support store operations effectively.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for teammates and guests alike.
• Engage actively in ongoing training to enhance product and brand knowledge and boost sales proficiency.
• Observe and enforce company policies, including dress code and loss prevention protocols.
• Perform merchandise resets, manage planograms and marketing displays, conduct physical inventory procedures, and process shipments using company technologies and best practices.
• Ensure work areas are fully replenished, appropriately signed, and orderly with testers accessible.
• Uphold store standards of cleanliness throughout the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, stockrooms, and break spaces.
• Execute additional operational assignments as delegated.

Candidate Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience is desired.
• Competency with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to independently and collaboratively problem-solve and perform tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Frequent movement throughout the store during shifts including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting.
• Continuous lifting, carrying, and moving of items up to 25 pounds.
• Coordination and manipulation of items throughout the shift is necessary.
