Role Purpose
This casual role is key in supporting clinical project management by producing clinical study reports and related documentation, ensuring high-quality R&D output for clients aligned with NATA R&D standards. Typically, the position is envisaged for about five days a week but remains flexible to accommodate the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the initiation and planning phases of new clinical studies.
- Coordinate with team members to fulfill study activities within established Work Order timelines.
- Maintain meticulous records adhering to relevant standards.
- Prepare, review, and produce technical documents such as assay validation, qualification reports, laboratory manuals, analytical protocols, study reports, and internal/client-facing documents.
- Comply with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, OECD Good Laboratory Practice principles, 360biolabs Quality Management System, SOPs, NATA accreditation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Stay updated and ensure adherence to international guidelines, including ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Foster effective communication and strong relationships with colleagues, clients, CROs, collaborators, and partners.
- Participate actively in meetings related to clinical research and 360biolabs activities.
- Engage in professional development through training courses and seminars as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor of Science with Honors or equivalent qualification with relevant experience (mandatory).
- PhD in a biological science or comparable experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in medical laboratory techniques.
- Demonstrated capability in preparing technical documentation is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and excellent writing skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling database software and file management.
- Background in conducting clinical trials is favorable.
- Motivated and enthusiastic about medical research and drug development.
