Stareye Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is searching for enthusiastic and confident telecallers to join their team at their Noida office located on the 3rd floor, A-30, Sector 63. This full-time position offers a great opportunity for freshers aiming to launch careers in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote company services.
Manage incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Clearly explain the company’s product and service offerings to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic communication.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries by providing relevant information.
Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers.
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
Meet assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Effective verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
Confident and courteous telephone manner.
Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
Positive approach and eagerness to learn.
Strong interpersonal abilities and customer handling expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to freshers who have completed 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.
Preference for candidates who can join immediately.

Compensation and Benefits

A fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹16,000.
