Job Overview

We seek a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team at M11 Insurance Agents Private Limited. The role involves managing customer calls, presenting products or services clearly, and consistently meeting calling targets with professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and attend inbound customer inquiries.
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of company products and services.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and leads.
• Accurately document call details and update customer information.
• Meet assigned goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or a graduate degree is preferable.
• Proficiency in communication in Hindi and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations.
• Open to both freshers and applicants with experience.
• Possess a positive mindset with persuasive communication skills.

• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Work Location: On-site at Delhi-NCR office
• Working Schedule: Six days per week
• Compensation: Fixed salary plus attractive incentives considered amongst the best in the industry
