Role Overview and Responsibilities

The role primarily involves direct telephonic communication with students and their parents to explain various study package offerings and effectively convert potential interest into confirmed enrollments. Proficiency in Bengali communication is mandatory. Previous experience in educational sales is advantageous and can lead to higher salary prospects.

Working Schedule and Salary

The position requires work from Tuesday to Sunday, between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The compensation package ranges up to INR 30,000 per month, with additional benefits such as Employee State Insurance and Provident Fund.
