About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Training & Development Trainee to join our Human Capital team under the Tamheer Program. This role involves supporting various employee learning and development activities, facilitating coordination of training sessions, and aiding in the enhancement of employee skills and overall organizational performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and managing employee training sessions, workshops, and developmental programs.
- Help prepare training-related materials, presentations, and educational resources.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and employee development documentation.
- Contribute to identifying training needs through collecting feedback, administering surveys, and analyzing performance data.
- Liaise with internal units and external training providers to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in Learning and Development and Talent Development fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Eligibility for Tamheer Program participation (registered with GOSI; currently not employed or enrolled in any academic institution).
Additional Details
The training tenure will span 6 months as outlined by the Tamheer Program guidelines.
