Role Overview
This position is focused on building and running effective learning initiatives that help regional managers and central services teams strengthen their knowledge, improve capability, and support better business and store performance.
Training Needs Analysis
You will regularly assess learning gaps to identify the most suitable and cost-effective training solutions. A key part of the role is partnering with HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to understand business priorities, team development needs, and individual development plans.
Training Content Development
The role involves contributing to the creation, development, and production of training materials, guides, and manuals. The aim is to keep content consistent, high quality, and aligned to the specific needs of the retail training programme.
Brand Compliance
All training documentation and materials must be kept aligned with brand standards and follow the required brand guidelines.
Programme Design and Delivery
You will design and maintain an ongoing training programme, using learning tools and resources that improve performance and help teams reach their full potential.
Additional Information
Exposure to the financial domain is preferred. The role also includes training-related activities, sharing updates on training interventions, delivering training to strengthen knowledge, improving training skills, and discussing the training calendar.
