Role Overview

The Training Operations Associate II will join the Provider Enablement team, focusing on expanding and streamlining operations for Therapy programs. The associate will be instrumental in supporting a growing provider network to ensure technical readiness and operational excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage extensive onboarding and ongoing training content for both 1099 and W2 providers, while identifying inefficiencies and developing scalable solutions to enhance enablement operations.
  • Lead and moderate live and recorded training sessions, handling agendas, invitations, technical troubleshooting, and attendance monitoring.
  • Oversee full logistics for all training phases, including ensuring completion of prerequisites, documentation, and system access.
  • Serve as the main contact for providers, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing individual needs promptly.
  • Detect patterns in technical challenges faced by providers and contribute to designing interventions to improve training experiences and key performance indicators.
  • Identify workflow gaps and collaborate in designing improved, scalable processes to optimize provider onboarding and training.
  • Establish strong partnerships with Clinical, HR, IT, and other departments to align training content and delivery, ensuring accuracy and cohesion.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of the Bend integration within the Lyra platform.
  • Adapt to evolving business demands by making informed decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
  • Maintain and update training documentation and tools across platforms including Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite as authoritative resources.

Qualifications

  • More than three years of related experience in operations, provider relations, customer support, or similar enablement functions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Gemini, and WorkRamp (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capability to multitask, enhance processes, and independently resolve technical challenges.

Employment Information

This is a full-time onsite position with an anticipated annual base salary ranging from $68,000 to $103,500, influenced by qualifications, experience, and location. Additional discretionary bonuses may apply.
