Role Overview
The Training Program Coordinator will oversee part-time, remotely conducted training sessions designed for Manufacturing Experts using the Origin Detector platform. This position requires organizing and regularly updating training content, managing trainer schedules, and ensuring that all instructional materials adhere to platform standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain training calendars to schedule sessions efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with trainers and internal team members regarding training activities.
- Monitor attendance and track completion status of training programs.
- Document and report on training outcomes and participant engagement.
- Streamline the onboarding process for new Manufacturing Experts joining the platform.
- Support continuous learning initiatives and suggest enhancements to improve training workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven skills in training coordination and management, including session scheduling and participant logistics.
- Experience or knowledge in program management, training design, and development.
- Strong communication abilities for professional interaction with trainers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, quality assurance, education, or instructional coordination is advantageous.
- Capability to work independently, accept and incorporate feedback, and contribute proactively to process improvements.
