Overview
The Harmony Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Transaction Coordinator who excels in organization, thrives under fast-paced conditions, and is committed to providing outstanding service. This remote position operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MST, supporting a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of real estate transactions from pending status through closing.
- Coordinate listing activities, including MLS data entry, document preparation, and creation of marketing materials.
- Communicate and collaborate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions.
- Review and organize transaction documents ensuring they are accurate and meet compliance standards.
- Monitor deadlines and timelines to guarantee timely release of contingencies.
- Schedule key events such as inspections, walkthroughs, and signing appointments.
- Input and manage commission data throughout transaction processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the Idaho real estate community.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a Transaction Coordinator within Idaho real estate.
- Knowledgeable about Idaho real estate contracts and processes.
- Proficient with technology and rapid adaptation to new software systems.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Experience with platforms such as Open to Close, Skyslope, Brokermint, Command, Paperless Pipeline, DocuSign, or Dotloop is advantageous.
Additional Details
- This is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with no work during nights or weekends.
- Starting salary ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 annually, with potential for increases based on performance and experience.
