Role Overview

As a UX Designer specializing in AI capabilities, you will be part of a multidisciplinary product team collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers. Your contributions will drive the advancement of the next generation IT Service Management platform by crafting AI-driven features. You will report to the UX Manager and regularly coordinate with the Design System team and other key stakeholders in a cooperative, user-focused, and creative environment spanning the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly prototype and iterate on innovative AI-driven product concepts including the design and maintenance of intelligent agents.
• Lead end-to-end design processes from initial research through to deployment.
• Identify research requirements and convert findings into user-friendly, accessible, and inclusive interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, user flow diagrams, and prototypes using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Promote team collaboration through ideation sessions and joint problem-solving with various stakeholders.
• Maintain design consistency by utilizing and enhancing the existing design system, proposing new components as necessary.
• Refine designs through user feedback collection, usability testing, and analysis of relevant data.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and clear communications to ensure smooth developer handoffs.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centered design solutions and influence product direction.
• Contribute to the increase of UX maturity and enhancement of design workflows organization-wide.
• Stay informed about the latest UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Over 5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably in mid- to senior-level roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of designing and measuring successful AI-powered features with a user-centric approach.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documents using tools like Figma and knowledge of vibe coding.
• Experience with design systems, either contributing to or managing them.
• Skilled in validating design concepts through research methods, usability testing, and collecting user feedback.
• Ability to influence strategic product decisions within a product triad setup.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English for clear communication across distributed teams.
• Committed to accessibility, inclusivity, and tackling complex UX challenges.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in German to enhance collaboration within German-speaking environments.
