Key Responsibilities

• Supervise loading and unloading activities in coordination with drivers and helpers.
• Receive all incoming materials, verifying them against purchase orders.
• Handle receiving, storing, transferring, and shipping goods, along with other assigned duties.
• Ensure materials are correctly packed and wrapped prior to dispatch.
• Maintain accountability and safety in proper material handling.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through daily warehouse monitoring, cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations.
• Adhere to maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Raise immediate reports to supervisors regarding any store-related issues such as rack damages, equipment faults, or safety hazards.
• Keep work areas clean to uphold industry sanitation and safety requirements.
• Follow company service standards and comply with established procedures and policies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively.
• Support the operations team in product picking, packaging, and dispatch tasks as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management or supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants should currently reside in the UAE.
• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse roles within the UAE.
• At least 1 to 2 years of forklift driving experience is required.
• Skills in preparation, palletising, and packing of materials are essential.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary.
• Familiarity with contemporary warehousing methods and technology is expected.
• Knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Competency in computerized inventory management systems and data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Immediate joining is preferred; candidates with up to 30 days' notice period will be considered.
