Working Student Founders Associate

MANUGY is a deep-tech startup enabling application-specific battery manufacturing – more flexible, efficient, and sovereign. We combine industry and research expertise to shape the future of battery cell manufacturing.

•Support founders in fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy

•Conduct market, competitor, and technology research

•Prepare investor materials, presentations, and external communications

•Drive operational execution and process optimization across teams

•Enrolled student (BSc/MSc) in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related

•Structured, analytical, and hands-on with a passion for startups and deep tech

•First experience in consulting, startups, or VC is a plus

•Fluent in English; German is a plus

•Direct exposure to founders and real ownership from day one

•Steep learning curve at the intersection of deep tech, manufacturing, and strategy
