Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business and operational workflows to spot repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
• Support the creation and deployment of automated workflows utilizing Python, APIs, AI tools, and various automation platforms.
• Develop scripts and lightweight apps to minimize manual efforts within internal and product functions.
• Integrate diverse software systems, APIs, and third-party services to establish connected workflows.
• Experiment with AI-powered features to create intelligent and adaptive automation.
• Conduct testing of automated workflows, uncovering failures, edge cases, and areas for enhancement.
• Help debug integration challenges and troubleshoot automation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Document automation processes, dependencies, and implementation techniques for easy future maintenance.
• Research emerging AI automation technologies to assess their practical application potential.
• Monitor existing automated systems and recommend improvements for better reliability and scalability.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for innovative AI-driven automation solutions.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to start between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026, for a duration of six months. Candidates with relevant skills and interests in AI automation are welcome. Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend between INR 2,600 and 12,500, comprising a fixed pay of INR 2,500 to 10,000 and incentives up to INR 2,500.

• Letter of recommendation upon successful completion.

• Potential job offer with a salary range of INR 350,000 to 700,000 per year upon successful conversion.
