This internship offers an opportunity to support daily operational scheduling and coordination at a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing interior material discovery and procurement. As a Category Operations Associate intern, you will manage schedules for site audits and installations, collaborate closely with procurement and installation teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects by tracking materials, timelines, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee daily site audit and installation schedules to align professionals, materials, and tools efficiently.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Store Operations, Site Auditors, and Installation Partners to guarantee projects are fully prepared for installation before deployment.
• Monitor materials availability, delivery dates, and customer appointments to reduce delays and need for rescheduling.
• Track real-time job progress, address operational challenges proactively, and coordinate stakeholders to enable on-time completion.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all necessary documents including customer acknowledgments, job cards, and completion reports.
• Maintain operational dashboards and measure metrics such as schedule compliance, installation readiness, completion rates, and turnaround times.
• Enforce company SOPs including adherence to professional behavior, uniform standards, safety protocols, and installation quality benchmarks.
• Act as the main liaison among customers, installation partners, store personnel, and service managers to provide a seamless installation experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.
• Certification upon completion.
• Potential job offer with an annual salary between ₹350,000 and ₹400,000 upon successful conversion to a full-time employee.
