About the Internship

We are seeking a Conversion Associate intern who will be instrumental in converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings for rental properties. The role involves engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements, advising on suitable properties, organizing property visits, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory booking process while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform qualified leads into confirmed property rentals.
• Identify and recommend properties that align with customer needs.
• Arrange and coordinate property visits for prospective clients.
• Perform diligent follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain updated and accurate CRM records after every customer engagement.
• Address and resolve any customer inquiries during the booking process, providing comprehensive support.
• Establish strong customer rapport by communicating effectively and executing timely follow-ups.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to guarantee an exceptional customer journey.
• Document sales activities and compile periodic reports.

Who Should Apply

The internship is open to candidates who can commit full-time on-site participation, are able to start between July 14 and August 18, 2026, and are willing to engage in a 3-month internship. Applicants must possess relevant skills and a keen interest in customer engagement and sales-driven roles.

Additional Information

• The stipend package comprises a fixed monthly pay of ₹30,000 plus additional incentives ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹10,000.
